There’ll be cream tea and cakes (including a vegan option) and creative activities for all ages \nWhat will it look like?\nThe Community Centre will be like a flower tent at a summer show.\nIt’s not a competition— it’s a celebration of what everyone is doing. \nWho can take part?\nEveryone is welcome. Individuals\, families and community groups are\nespecially encouraged to share their ideas. \nWhat can I bring?\nAnything that reflects green or sustainable living\, for example:\n• A favourite plant or flower you’ve grown\n• Photos showing a project (like building a pond)\n• Flowers or vegetables grown by children\n• A recycled or community-made banner\n• Energy-saving ideas\n• Small upcycled items\nPlease don’t bring anything too valuable\, fragile\, or expensive. \nWhen can I bring my contribution?\nFriday 19 June: 2–6pm • Saturday 20 June: 9am–1pm • At the event itself \nHow should I prepare my item?\n• Label your item clearly – add details on a postcard (at the Centre)\n• Bring flowers in an unbreakable (non-glass) watertight container\n• Community groups\, bring some leaflets to display\nWhat happens after the event?\n• Flowers can be composted at the Centre\n• Other items can be collected at these times:\no Saturday 20 June: after 6:30pm\no Sunday 21 June: 9am–12pm\no Tuesday 23 June: 2–6pm\no Thursday 25 June: 10am–1pm \n
